Arm Floats
Can you buy floats for your legs?
I have knee problems and I am sick of people telling me I cant exercise. I am sure if I put floats on my knees I would use my arms and still go swimming. Is it a case of putting arm bands around my ankles or is there an actual item available for this kind of problem?
Please dont bother with stupid answers or sarcastic ones. If you have a serious piece of advice or an idea I would love to hear it.
just ignore the people that say you can't exercise--anyone can exercise. i don't know about any leg floats, but you can use pull buoys. they are an hourglass shaped piece of foam that goes between your legs to make your legs float while you swim with your arms. they are only about 9 to 10 dollars and come in different colors, sizes, and brands (like speedo, tyr, and nike). you can also buy ankle locks, which are sort of like handcuffs, but they go around your ankles. they keep your feet together so you don't kick, which can hurt your knees even more.
