Are runners allowed to wear dry fit longsleves underneath their uniform?

Just wondering cuz i have a meet tomorrow and i dont want to get more dark. I've gotten darken since XC practices.

Yes, there are rules regarding under garments, if you are on a team, such as a relay then one person may wear something, but if 3 do then all of the team members must be dressed the same.
The undergarments must be a solid color without designs.
If you are running under National Federation of High School rules it should not be a problem, but if you are in a state with their own set of extra rules, like Texas, that makes up another book of UIL regulations then you need to ask your coach who is supposed to have a copy of the rules.
If you ask the meet officials, and all of them don't know the rules you will be certain before running.
