where can i buy a cheap good snorkeling set?

im going to cuba in a week and there is snorkeling at my resort. where can i buy cheap good quality snorkeling eqipment. what i want is the mask, flippers and snorkel

You can't use cheap and good in the same sentence. There's cheap. Then there's good.
You'll want a mask that properly fits your face and fins to fit your feet. Those Walmart or similar snorkel sets are not going to accomplish that. If it doesn't fit, it'll make your snorkeling experience suck as your mask floods constantly and your feet hurt or the fins fly off..
Your best bet is to hit a local dive shop. They'll be able to help you out with some quality fitting gear at a reasonable price.

Edit: The set you posted from canadian tire is Dolphino. Fine to look at...uncomfortable to wear. Even their snorkels have a lousy mouthpiece. Jaw fatigue will set in. I know...I tried a similar Dolphino for use in my first pool dives when I was certified. I bought a better mask , fins and snorkel immediately after that first pool session. Remember...you get what you pay for. Those are pool toys. You're actually better off hoping the resort has gear you can rent than buying that set.
